About Us:
This tournament was initiated in 2007
and is a joint project between the Kodiak Lions Club and the Kodiak Regional Aquaculture Association. All proceeds from ticket sales, less expenses, are paid to KRAA to help fund additional expenses not covered by the ADF&G / KRAA Kodiak King Salmon Enhancement cooperative agreement.

Judi Kidder - Tournament Administrator Judi Kidder owns Stitch Wizz Embroidery and is the "Tournament Administrator".
She oversees all elements of the derby and is available to answer any questions and consider suggestions at anytime.

Tammy Hulsey - Executive Assistant Tammy Hulsey works for the Kodiak Regional Aquaculture Association and is the "Tournament Executive Assistant". She organizes the kids poster contest, handles all the paperwork and manages the website.

Debi Hall is the President of the Kodiak Lions Club who make this tournament possible by administering under the Lions gaming permit. She is the Tournament Treasurer and she handles the deposits, tracking and disbursement of the prize money and proceeds.

Gary Byrne Gary Byrne is the Manager of Pillar Creek Hatchery. The hatchery is responsible for rearing and stocking King Salmon into the Kodiak area road system.
